Profile: age 15yrs | gender male |weight 8.5 stones | flush 5ft 6

Health healthy means: a state of be physically, mentally and socially sound and free of disease.

Fitness seaworthiness means: capacity to carry out everyday activities without exercise, fall apart and energy for emergencies.

Are you healthy?
Yes I commemorate I am healthy because I am mentally and physically fit. I have a balanced diet because I eat a variety of foods and drink up to 7-8 render of water each day. I also have a good social life. I have asthma attack alone it doesnt flare up because I have learnt that if I screw keep the right body temperature my asthma can be prevented. Also I plump a comme il faut amount of sleep but I think I can improve it.

Are you fit? I think I am moderately fit.

Exercise I do in a workweek:
min of 2 rugby trainings, about 2hrs each
one session of football a week for 2-3 hrs
1 hour of pe
Alternative Saturday and Sunday rugby games.

I think I could maybe accept one to a greater extent activity in that but I am fine with this because I can just fetch more effort into this to increase to fitness too.

Have I been ill in the past 4 months?
I got injure in August playing cricket were I damage my ligaments in my left knee. I am still recovering from this. Right now I am avoiding any sports on hard surfaces. I have also had no troubles with my asthma as it hasnt flared up.
