I have always felt a deep, ingenuous feeling towards the Judaic culture. I guess being brought up in a private school, as well as assumeing ab issue the Holocaust has always wanting to learn more. To know from as a child Jews are gods chosen people always made me inquisitive on why. With this weeks lecture the knowing of four distinct Jewish groups was insightful and intersted ie: Orthodox, Reform, Conservative and reconstructionist. I never ideal or fathomed, wholeness to be atheist. However, the more I design about it, why shouldnt whiz be atheist. in that respect are atheist in any religion, but to turn over that Jewish folks being atheist was a shock.

I have read most of the bible and feel that it is one of the closest and intimate places I can delve into with out being worried if I havent gotten my chores done. To think, that the Jewish race has a lot in common with Christianity (besides the whimsey in Jesus Christ, as the Messiah). The similarities are very simple, for interpreter: Children of the Jewish religion have Bar/Bat mitsvahs with is followed with celebration. Lutheranism is the same with the exception of it being called Confirmation. That is as a young teen one must participated and receive familiarity of the Bible, verses, to annunciate your voice etc.



We at that point became part of the crowd and not just a child playing in a room, doing arts.
In spring quarter I met a girl. She was and is a sweet, kind, and just a true blue person. We truly were assigned to partner up for our English presentation. Of course erst you have to do an assignment with another it can be quite intimidating and nerve wracking. Well, after sometime, she wanted to summon to my house. We always say a small grace before dinner, which once completed we including he ended with, Amen. We all talked a little talk around the table to break her in (as well as myself) and feel comfortable.
