As I got back to my office to woof up the notes I needed for my cardinal oclock class, I perfectly realized that I didnt have the material Id developed oer the weekend for my class at one oclock. A sec of panic ensued.
This semester I didnt have a class at noon, but Id emotionale it one of my official office instants. We lived wet enough to the college so I could make a mad dash firm to scavenge up the notes and still be back in while for class at 1:00, but it would mean canceling my noon office hour. Oh, well, so be it. I needed that material. There was just enough time before my eleven oclock class to give Laurie a immediate call and tell her Id be coming home to pick up the forgotten notes. Laurie, I cant believe it, but I forgot to take those notes I was working on Saturday morning. Ive got an office hour at noon, but Ill just have to play hooky and drive home for the notes. Oh? Laurie paused. Her tone almost sounded like something had flashed into her mind. still she soon got back to her usual vivacious self. Great, Anthony! What a idyllic surprise.
