I be possessed of worked in the caring system for ternion years, and in this time I progress to found that I have some skills that may help me in university and the cargon for profession.
My first strength I feel is the about grievous and this is communicating. I would say this is priority strength, as you need communication in all walks of life, but is particularly important in my chosen negociateer.
In nursing you need to communicate with staff, with relatives and most important, with the people you are looking after.
My side by side(p) strength is committed to my last strength which is my skill for listening and empathising.
My other skills are people Skills and good caring skills. All these skills I have acquired over the years as a carer in a nursing home, they have been taught to me by other nurses and carers I have worked alongside in my job, helping me to develop my strengths to further my career.
Weaknesses
Although I have said above, that two of my strengths were listening and communication, I as well as think that they are two of my weaknesses, this is because sometimes my mind wanders.
some other weakness of mine is waffling.
Sometimes I will stop on writing or speaking nonsense, this maybe because of my next weakness which is lack of confidence.
