In the novel, Things Fall Apart, by Chinua Achebe, the girls that get married do non have a choice of who they would like to spend the delay of their life with, no matter what type of a soulfulness that shout is. In this novel, the main character, Okonkwo, had a daughter who had been in the perfect age of marriage according to their culture. Okonkwo had chosen a guy for Ezinma, and she had no choice further to marry that guy that her father had chosen. The reason being that they consider it very purchasable to go against the will of their parents decisions. Also, they do not have the right to go against their traditions and values that have been access along for many generations. Love is considered a sin in their culture, not technically but they forbid it. A girls life is totally dependent on their parents will. What happened to me should not happen to any other girl in this world.
